The Toten Hosen (Pseudonym: The Red Roses) is a music group from Düsseldorf, which developed from the German Punk movement and was founded in 1982.
The band plays rock music with predominantly German texts and elements from punkrock. In addition to the Berliner Musikgruppe Die Ärzte, she is one of the most commercially successful German bands with roots in punkrock. It published sixteen studio albums, six concert albums and seven compilations by May 2017. Since 1990, she has earned the German albumcharts nine times. The musicians focus on live concerts and close contact with the audience.
